Our portfolio company MeetingPackage sums up a successful year 2025
From meaningful customer growth and major product launches to deeper partnerships and clear steps toward automation, at MeetingPackage, 2025 was all about pushing past limitations and building a stronger foundation for the future of meetings and events. We will re-share below the Founder Joonas Ahola's recap. Congratulations Joonas and the team!
2025 was a defining year for MeetingPackage. Our end-of-year video captures the highlights, but the story behind it goes even further.
A Year of Growth Across Customers and Venues
In 2025, MeetingPackage welcomed customers of all sizes, from independent properties to large enterprise brands. We are proud to partner with Accor as their exclusive provider of Meetings and Events distribution, and to support Whitbread, known to many as Premier Inn, in the digitalisation of their group and M&E sales and management.
Just as importantly, we continued to grow alongside our existing customers, many of whom adopted new products and features throughout the year.
By the end of 2025, our contracted customer base represented over 19,000 venues globally. While not all venues are live yet, scaling live venue adoption is one of our core priorities as we move forward.
Investing to Build What Comes Next
Behind the scenes, we also strengthened our ability to execute long-term.
During the year, we raised five million dollars in new capital to accelerate engineering, expand our AI roadmap, and support global growth. This investment allows us to move faster, build smarter, and continue delivering practical innovation for hotels and venues worldwide.
Major Product Milestones Delivered
2025 was one of our strongest years yet on the product side.
We launched entirely new modules designed to give venues more control, better visibility, and a smoother operational experience, including:
A new User Management system and Venue Groups
A completely rebuilt eProposal with modern branding, welcome messages, digital signatures, improved rate controls, and a significantly enhanced customer experience
A full Rooming List solution
Comprehensive Taxes and Fees management
A new Bedroom Content Management system
A rebuilt Supplier Order Management module, redesigned for accuracy and post-departure workflows
These were not incremental updates. They were significant new capabilities delivered within a single year.
Expanding Integrations and Automation
Our integration ecosystem continued to grow and mature.
We strengthened connections with demand partners such as Cvent and expanded PMS and Sales and Catering integrations across Opera, Mews, Event Temple, BackYou, and iVvy. We also introduced Salesforce connectivity, enabling venues to manage contacts and RFP workflows more efficiently.
In parallel, we began executing our AI roadmap. This included AI that converts emails into structured enquiries, AI that builds and sends proposals, and the launch of our phone AI agent with Vaia, turning hotel calls into MeetingPackage enquiries instantly.
These steps mark the beginning of a more automated future for Meetings and Events sales.
Partnerships That Power Distribution and Operations
Partnerships played a critical role throughout the year.
We expanded our presence across major venue-sourcing platforms, giving customers broader reach and supporting both Instant and RFP booking methods. On the operations side, deeper integrations with PMS and Sales and Catering systems reduced manual work and improved consistency across pricing, content, and availability.
Together, these partnerships support our mission to make meetings and events easier to book, distribute, and manage.
The Team Behind the Progress
None of this would be possible without our people.
In 2025, we welcomed ten new colleagues and continued to grow as a team defined by speed, ownership, and resilience. Every release, integration, and customer win is the result of focused collaboration across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Partnerships.
Looking Ahead
As we move into the next year, our focus is clear.
We are accelerating onboarding, increasing automation across the platform, improving self-service capabilities, and continuing to simplify how hotels manage group and M&E business. There is much more to build and much more to transform in this industry.
Before that, we encourage you to take a moment to watch our year recap video and see what Beyond Boundaries looked like for MeetingPackage in 2025.
"Thank you to our customers, partners, team members, and investors for being part of the journey."
